Contact and inquiry information. When you submit a form on the Site or email us, we collect your name, business email address, company name, job title, and whatever you write in the message.
Project information. If you engage us for a deployment or evaluation, we receive the domain description, data, and supporting materials you send (“Customer Inputs”). This is covered in more detail in Section 3.
Server and analytics data. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, logs standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time of visit. We use this to understand traffic and keep the Site working.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is intended for business use. We ask customers not to send us personal data, consumer financial account information, protected health information, or other regulated or sensitive data as part of a project submission.

You own your Customer Inputs. We use them only to perform the Services for you.
We do not use Customer Inputs to train, tune, or improve any model, product, or service other than in performing the Services for you. We retain Customer Inputs only as long as necessary to perform the Services and for 12 months afterward for support and reproducibility, then delete them on written request.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information derived from performing the Services — information that does not identify you or reveal your confidential information — to maintain and improve our methodologies and model catalog.
We share information only with:
Service providers who help us operate — website hosting and network (Cloudflare), form processing (Web3Forms), and email (Google). They may use it only to provide services to us.
Professional advisors — attorneys and accountants, bound by confidentiality.
